I’ve lived in Michigan most of my life, but I love to travel. And, while I can find subjects that speak to me anywhere (the sunset and crabapple were taken right outside my front door), I think that I’ve already mentioned that I really love the Rockies as well as the Pacific Northwest (the moonscape was taken at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico and the spire was taken on Ruby Beach in Olympic National Park in Washington).

For most of my career I was a teacher/trainer. Teaching exclusively adults on a wide range of topics. For ten years, I had the opportunity/honor to teach photography and photography-related issues at one of my alma maters – Lansing Community College. It was a gift to be able to teach something you love and, at the same time, something students seemed to be interested in learning.
